There is no charge for exhibitors to participate in our show. Exhibitors are welcome to arrive and begin setup all day Thursday. The show officially opens at 8:00 AM on Friday and Saturday.

All exhibitors are required to register upon arrival. Registration is located in the Headquarters Building on the show grounds. Please refer to the grounds map for directions.

Exhibitor Gate Access (East Gate)

To ensure smooth traffic flow and maintain safety throughout the event, the Exhibitor Gate (East Gate) operates under specific access guidelines:

• The gate is closed to general vehicle traffic from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• During this time, exhibitors may enter only to unload equipment or displays, then must move vehicles to designated parking areas

• From 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, during the parade, the gate will be locked

• No vehicle entry is permitted during the parade, except for emergency response personnel, with no exceptions

All fairgrounds traffic may enter and exit via the West Gate before and after show hours.
